215,000 gross square foot Building in Boca Raton’s “Business District”
Conceived, Design and Created by our commercial architecture design and construction professionals. We built this Project on a very small downtown urban in-fill site. Situated in the “Business District” of Boca Raton, it signifies the “resurgence” and continued renewal of its downtown pedestrian environment. Anchored by HSBC and other prominent business, the vertically oriented design program was efficiently planned while still maintaining the building’s relationship with context and it’s important architectural history.
